Michael Paré
He was born in Brooklyn New York in October 9, 1958. He is the son of Francis Paré, an owner of print shops of French-Canadian Ancestry and Joan a homemaker from Irish ancestry. Sadly, when Michael was only 5 years old, his father died from leukemia. After that his mother had to take care of her big family by herself. While working as a chef in New York he met Yvette Bikoff, an agent who had him try acting. He got his first starring role in The Greatest American Hero, a television series, where he played Tony Villicana. After that, and in terms of Television productions, he starred in the CBS police drama called Houston Knights with Eddie Wilson, and a 2001 science fiction TV series called Starhunter. None of the two series lasted too long on the air. As far as movies go, the nmost relevant participations have been in The Virgin Suicides in 1999, Hope Floats in 1998, Bad Moon 1i 1996, Village Of The Damned in 1995, Moon 44 in 1990, The Philadelphia Experiment in 1984, Streets Of Fire in 1984, and Eddie and The Cruisers in 1983 and its sequel Eddie and The Cruisers II: Eddie Lives! In 1989.
